Welcome to ZeroSlack PTY Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! We are excited to provide you with our software as a service ("SAAS") product ("Service"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Service to violate any laws, infringe on any intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful code.
5. Fees and Payment
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. The specific billing terms will be specified at the time of your Subscription.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but will be held liable for the remaining period of your subscription contract. Please refer to your subscription contract for the contract expiry date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your contract. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZeroSlack PTY Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ZeroSlack PTY Ltd.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the use of the Service and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroSlack PTY Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
